mix veg bengali dal

Ingredients:

1/4 cup moong dal
1/4 cup carrot
3/4 cup lauki
2 tbsp green peas
1/4 cup karela
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp haldi
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
cardamom powder
cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp panch phoren
1 tsp ghee

Method:

  • Wash the dal and soak in water for 1/2 hour.
