chicken kung pao

250 gms chicken (boneless), bite size pieces
1 egg
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
salt to taste
4 red chillies whole
1 spring onion
1" ginger piece
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp oil
oil for deep frying
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 chicken cube
3 tblsp roasted cashewnuts
2 tbsp of roasted peanuts


Method:

  • Wash and clean the chicken. Pat dry the chicken with a kitchen towel.
