COLD COFFEE
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon coffee
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- a pinch of drinking chocolate or 1/2 teaspoon chocolate sauce(optional)
- a few pieces of ice
Method
- in a blender mix 3/4 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of coffee ,1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of drinking chocolate or 1/2 teaspoon chocolate sauce and pieces of ice. Run the mixer till the sugar dissolves.
- For serving, pour the coffee from a distance so that a good froth comes on the top.
Tips
- the quantity of sugar, coffee, milk, ice could be varied depending upon one's taste.
- the drinking chocolate or chocolate sauce is optional. if you like just the coffee flavour avoid the chocolate.
- when churning the ingredients in the mixer use the whipping option as it will help develop a good froth.
- castor sugar or powdered sugar is better than the granular sugar as it dissolves faster.
